About the work
This joyful painting captures children leaping across a green hill, arms raised toward a kite in a swirling blue sky. Gold string loops through the whole scene beneath a blazing sun, celebrating the freedom and innocence of childhood and inviting viewers to remember their own moments of pure delight.
